Pits and nodules in the chrome plating
My problem is I have been see a lot of pitting on my chrome part. I want to know if a high copper level in the bath can cause this problem or high sulphate.

Eddie Texas ..... I'm Guessing hard chrome, Pitting I would look at Chloride content if chemical; you said pit and nodules you may want to check pre grinding some times when grinding wheel loads up you can smear material, when electro-clean stands little hairs of material up and you can end up both pits and roughness
