PWB wastewater treated with electrocoagulation

We are currently looking into the possibility of using Electrocoagulation to treat our wastewater. We are currently using Ion Exchange and filter pressing more concentrated waste water. While this is helping we believe that EC might be a more economical way to treat our wastewater. We are looking at a system large enough to handle a combine flow of about 75-100 GPM of high copper rinse waters and concentrated baths. There is also trace of lead and other heavy metals in the water. Copper is the main problem. We are also looking for the application to be used in our future plans for our India operation.
