Palladium Plating on Jewelry and Watches




I'm looking for information on Details on the Electro-plating process for Palladium Plating on Jewelry and metal parts of Watches that will in contact with skin and must pass the Nickel release tests EN 1811 & 12472. Also the recommend minimum thickness of the Palladium Plating in microns.

Try contacting the Jewelry Manufacturers Association, the Institute of Metal Finishing and the other relevant organizations in the UK. Most supply houses in the UK will provide you with good palladium plating systems designed for this type of application.
