Acid zinc plating peeled off after crimping test, what is wrong in process. Please help me.

You need to use Zinc Plating process which produces a highly ductile deposit. The new generation Alkaline Cyanide Free (ACF)Zinc plating process is recommended over old type of Cyanide or even Acid Zinc processes. The process may also offer other advantages including cost of plating.
