PS-80 PHOS and OIL

We are looking for an automotive metal part with finish PS-80 PHOS & oil, I want to know if it is Phosphate and oil finish? What is the meaning of 80?

Thank you,

PS-80 is a DaimlerChrysler Process Standard that outlines the requirements for phosphate coatings used for fasteners, etc. If the specification says only PS-80 then the coating is to be phosphate + oil. You need to obtain this standard for more information. AutoWeb is the official provider of DaimlerChrysler (North America) standards: http://afx.autoweb.net/standards/
