Acids and their purpose

Ok I'm doing an experiment and I must have a list of house hold objects that contain acids . I must list the acids and their purpose in the object or product. my list is milk , tabasco , lemon juice , orange juice , soda, tea , grapes , red cabbage , apple juice , vinegar in bulk on eBay or Amazon [affil links] , eye wash , and honey. If you could please help me by responding with some answers that would be great . If you don't have the answers than if you could at least list some sights I might be able to find them at that would also be great~!

Your list is not in front of me at the moment, but as I recall, it includes some of these. I list the acid next to them. You can then research the acid and the benefit each one has in its food:

Milk - Lactic Acid
Tea - Tannic Acid
Tabasco - I am guessing Piperic Acid
Orange Juice - Citric Acid (Ascorbic also?)
vinegar - acetic acid this on eBay or Amazon [affil links]
Soda - Phosphoric & Benzoic Acids (latter as sodium salt)
Hmmm... Apple Juice - Malic Acid, perhaps Fumaric and/or other related acids?

Although I give you this list, if it is for a grade, you will still need to look up the "uses." ":O>)
