Matching paint codes to a powder

I am in the process of trying to get some parts off a snowmobile powdercoated. I am totally new to the world of powdercoating so bear with me. I would like to match the colour as close to, if not exactly, as the colour of the rest of the sled. I have been able to find out a PPG paint code of this colour, DCC 48129. I have cross referenced this to a DuPont code which is 5081("Big Bad Green") What I need to know is if there is a powder on the market that would match up to these codes? The closest place to me that does powdercoating is 400 miles away, and the from speaking to the owner he seems very unwilling to try and match it up for me. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
