SS piping roughness average for wetted surfaces

Where is the best place to find the roughness average for SS piping Standard finish, sanitary finish, etc.

I want to know the standard used for pipe finish for SS pipes both for Inner Dia & Outer dia. Can some body give me the table of surface roughness required.
