Want to set up precious metal refinery

I would like to find a resource that can supply the most advanced fully automated refinery of precious metals, complemented with standard molds and auxiliary equipment to differentiate / separate different kinds of metals. I would like a proposal based on a turn key basis for setting up either in Hong Kong or Macao.
