Coating measurements
Sir,
I want to know the various methods using for the measurement of anodization coatings.

Aluminum is conductive and the anodized coating is not, so Hall Effect or other induction-based measurement systems are probably the easiest and fastest way. There is also cross-sectioning, although this is destructive. There are several suppliers of thickness testers, and they probably could send you articles about how their testers work, although they might not do so because your question comes across as guarded. So tell them the background of why you want to know.
