What quality DI water is required for tin plating?
What's standards quality de-miniralized water for diluting our solution in tin electroplating; can somebody help me ?

20uS or less is generally what I use for dilution. I would be hesitant to use worse quality than that especially on plating. 10uS would be better if you can get it at a reasonable cost.

Use the best you can get. If you use impure water, you will only end up changing your bath faster. I would personally suggest using RO water with less than 10uS conductivity, but I appreciate this may not be possible with water such as de-ionised, but it should be possible with distilled water if it is stored properly.

Ionized tap water supply from the city can be re-purified through the reversible Osmosis (RO) water system to about 3 micro-siemen conductivity possessing very low resistivity of about 0 mega ohm-cm. Further filtration of this water quality through an ion exchange membrane system will de-ionize the water to 0 microsiemen conduction, 18 mega-ohms -cm resistivity. This type of free flowing de-ionized water is preferable for use in certain plating and rinsing of critical components of high quality.
