We're sorry for your loss, Mr. Mehta. Seriously, troubleshooting a problem like this requires a lot of data, starting with what is the substrate (aluminum, zinc, steel?). You probably meant Cu-Ni-Cr, not Ni-Cu-Cr?

Dear Mr. Mehta
I have gone thru your problem. Actually we had faced the same problem and we have prepared a TSG for peel-off which can be generalised. But you need to identify if the peel-off is happening from the base metal. If so then the problem lies with the cleaning process. And if the peel off is from Cu- plating then you need to check the impurity level in the Ni-Tank by "panelling". these are very common reasons.
