You can. Adhesion is tricky, so a proper pretreatment (perhaps 8-10 stages) is essential. This should be either Zn phosphate or Cr.

HI NADEEM ZAKI AL SHAWAREB

First you can paint electrostatic powder in alkaline galvanized steel but without brightener. but maybe with these method some defect will be case such as bad adhesion and bad finish surface (impurities) so you must first pretreatment and phosphating the galvanized steel before painting it or use normal steel.

In the 8-10 stages, will the galvanized, zinc coating be totally removed? We have a requirement of having the galvanized sheet be powder coated. How can we be assured that the delivered product used galvanized sheet instead of the normal steel?
