HOW MANY HOURS STEEL SHOULD BE IN A BATH OF MOLTEN ZINC IN HOT DIP GALVANIZING METHOD?

Galvanizing would not be profitable when we have to talk about hours. In fact the time in the molten zinc is the time to heat-up the material to be galvanized to the temperature of the molten zinc (in average 450 °C), including dipping into the zinc and taking out, it takes 10-15 minutes.
