Removing powder coat from aluminum
I wanted to know what is the best way to remove powder coat? My purpose is to remove it from an aluminum part and then polish the aluminum to a satin finish. Any ideas let me know.

Please try caustic soda ⇦liquid caustic soda in bulk on Amazon [affil link] 200 g/l plus TEA and gluconate for large scale design to inhibit aluminum ad some silicate. For satin finish you need never dump etching bath separately.
