Powder Coat Hooks Lose Conductivity
I am having Powder Coat build-up on the conveyor steel hooks that suspend the parts. Is there a way to keep the electrical contact area clean? Possibly the two mating areas having a knife edge or conductive tape that can be replaced. I would appreciate any suggestions.

We shot blast all our hooks at regular intervals to overcome this problem. There are chemical cleaners (nasty stuff), and pyrolysis ovens (expensive), but we find blasting cheapest and easiest.
