Problem in zinc phosphate coating bath
I need help for zinc phosphate coating. I prepare bath for zinc phosphate coating(the bath include nitric acid, phosphoric acid, zinc oxide

)then I dip ferric plates in the bath. After ten minutes darkgreen-black clour and particles appear and to remain in the bath. However After my work finish, I give air to the bath and the clour and particles disappeared. I know something is oxidizing but what?
