Resp. Sirs, Do you need to do phosphating to the galvanized steel sheet? If Yes HOW? IF NO What is the alternate process?

We find zinc phosphate to give the best adhesion. Alternative is chromate, (also suitable for aluminum), but we don't do aluminum so use phosphate. Without some etching adhesion is impossible, then some phosphate helps further, but is not absolutely necessary. Another alternative is light shotblasting, but don't take all the zinc off, this must be done with care.
