Can you give me a general value or range of values for the emissivity of non-polished aluminum, anodized and dyed black. Your help will be most greatly appreciated...

Bare aluminum emissivity is 0.03 Anodize is 0.7 Most paints except black: 0.8-0.8 Black paint I do not know.
