BELT ZINC PHOSPHATE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES

I am working on a topic for presentation BELT ZINC PHOSPHATE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES. I need some help here if someone has a suggestion

Hi, Deepak. I'm not sure what you mean by belt zinc phosphate. Do you mean pre-phosphating . . . continuously phosphating sheet steel reel-to-reel while still in coil form? If so, the advantage would be that it's less expensive than phosphating formed parts, and the disadvantage would be that there is no coverage at sheared edges or holes.
