How to get rid of calcium deposits from cement

Hello,

I am a part time worker at Lomeli Gardens. We sell a variety of fountains, statuary, garden accessories, etc. We have many fountains on display, but look ugly because of calcium deposits, hard water stains, etc. Our water is from a well which contains many different minerals. We want our fountains to look their best. We also want our customers to not worry about having their fountains stained like ours. What do you recommend we should do?

Dear Sir,

It seems that your water contains a higher TDS value and may not be fit for consumption. In order to soften the water you can add alum or zeolites.
