Can coating of plating rack/jigs contaminate plating solution?
We just want to know if coating of plating racks/jig would contaminate our plating solution? We are using Lead Free solution. We are also planning to shift from other supplier for our plating racks/jig. If other materials will be used in coating, would it also affect/contaminate our solution?

Plastisol coating has been used on plating racks for almost every imaginable plating process for decades. I strongly doubt that it's the problem if you are using a reputable and experienced plating rack builder.
