The right settings to electropolish aluminum alloy and stainless steel
I am doing a research project on electropolishing focusing on the right settings that should be used on different materials such as aluminum alloy and stainless steel. I wonder if you can tell me the right chemical bath, temperature, voltage and amperage that should be used to electropolish aluminum alloy (6061) and stainless steel(316).

The Electroplating Engineering Handbook ⇦ this on eBay, AbeBooks, or Amazon [affil links] has a very good chapter giving you all the alternative processes.
