Paint peel off on gp sheets

2004

Sir,

We are supplying powder-coated components to one of the home appliances giant in India. We are facing paint peel off on chromated galvanized sheets used by them. We are following a process of alkali degreasing and rinsing process of pretreatment for these sheets. Kindly suggest a solution to avoid the problem.

Regards,

Dear Sir, you should investigate applying an etch primer [this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] ] or wash primer first. These should be available from your local paint mfgr.
