Stainless steel serving tray has dull spotted finish
I have a stainless steel serving tray that was handed down through the family. There's dull light scratches on the service is there a polish or paste I can put on it to cover up or bring back the luster in this piece. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Jim. To get lustre back will probably require mechanical buffing more than a chemical polishing. If you can get a buffing pad for your electric drill or grinder, then you can start by trying whatever metal polish you have on hand.
