I need to start a new small business on electroplating for small screws and contacts, My needs are: Black oxide Zinc plate Brass chromate special Silver electroplate.

Get in touch with a vendor of chemicals in your area. Enthone probably has the broader coverage in Mexico and they might have a rep or office nearby. Also, you should get one or more good technical books. For this you can do a quick search in the web (Amazon.com is just one of many options).
