Is anodizing FDA or USDA approved?
We are in the process of acquiring a new customer, that is a food packaging machine manufacturer. They are asking us to provide them with some type of FDA or USDA approval for anodizing the machine parts. I have looked everywhere. I have determined that hard anodizing or clear anodizing is the only preferred treatment. However, I need something that I can submit in writing to the customer. Please, help! They are afraid of peeling or discoloration. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, in advance.
