Solidification/stabilization technology for heavy metal laden waste

I am doing my Doctorate on solidification/stabilization of heavy metal laden industrial solid waste and I like to know whether any one has done thesis on "solidification/stabilization of electroplating/tanning industry solid waste" I would like to have a soft copy of the thesis or any report pertaining to this technology. I wish to know if any website offers details about this topic.

I don't know about theses on the subject, but the U.S. EPA has certainly funded enough studies on this. Start at www.epa.gov
