E-coat is bleeding

We currently have a finished metal E-coat product that has light bleeding tendencies. Can you recommend a product with a decent MSDS rating that will remove the excess while maintaining the coating intention.

I may not be fully understanding your problem. Are we sure that the final rinsing that the e-coat is receiving is high quality DI?

Does this bleeding occur near a geometry which can hold liquid? If liquid is carried forward into the oven there are chances of bleeding. Just check this out.
