What powder coating thickness for aluminum workstations?

I am working in the modular furniture industry, where we use aluminium extrusions for making frames. On those aluminium extrusions we do powder coating . So I would like to enquire about powder coating thickness. These aluminium Extrusions will be assembled and made into the structures of WORKSTATIONS. These workstations are erected within the office premises on the customer end, and they are not exposed to any atmospheric / weather conditions . Hence we require that the coating thickness for these workstations shall be in the range of 40 to 60 microns or 60 to 80 microns. PLEASE ADVICE FOR COATING THICKNESS RANGE OF STRUCTURES.

Hi !

In my opinion, the thickness should be between 40 to 60 , for the best results.
