Can DLC coatings be applied by Electron Beam process?
I would like to know, Is it possible to coat Diamond-like carbon coatings by Electron Beam PVD process? If so, how?

I haven't heard anyone depositing DLC by evaporation on any commercial products. I did read a paper years ago of someone evaporating diffusion pump oil while using an ion beam assist to help break up the hydrocarbon chain. This created DLC but I don't know what quality the film had.

I believe DLC is applied to the better class of razor blades and is the subject of numerous patents. Have a look at the patents.
