Coating I.D. of concrete pipe with silver or copper

I need to coat concrete pipes with silver or copper. The thickness of coating should be as thin as possible. Please, if someone has an idea about the coating method, tell me. The idea of coating the concrete pipes with silver or copper sheet are refused. I need the coating materials (Silver or copper) to be bonded to the internal surface of concrete pipes. The dimensions of pipes I use are 35 cm internal diameter x 75 cm length

Esam,

Wow, that's a weird request ... my first thought was why doesn't he get a copper pipe (which may not be the pedantically accurate size) and 'pour' a concrete mix using into a mould ... but the adhesion wouldn't be too good.

But if you say, 'oh, the wall thickness is far too large', ah, simple. You fill that piece of pipe with sand, tamp it down, plug the ends ... then machine the O.D. Ideally you make that piece longer so that the lathe clamps don't collapse it.

Further, if you (you didn't explain what) are researching some type of drain pipe, forget it! ... the mode these days if you live in an earthquake zone should be to use Polyethylene pipe ... plastics are the way to go !
