Sensor mfgr. needs Aeroglaze Z306 black paint

I am looking to buy Aeroglaze Z306 Flat, diffused black paint and the associated primer Aeroglaze 9924 to be applied on a metal surface. It will be helpful if you can supply a procedure for mixing and application of the paint.
