Injection molder needs right mold coating for running PEI
We are running a high temperature injection mold making PEI (ULTEM) plastic parts. We are having sticking issues and are looking for a coating to help release the part from the mold. We are looking for a recommendation based off experience using PEI plastic specifically, as this material has its own peculiarities.

First, you really should begin your discussions with GE, as they will have the most experience molding this material. Second, not to take anything away from this site/forum, but you would probably receive more information by posting this question to the Injection Molding Magazine forum, as that is frequented by molding professionals, tool/mold makers, resin suppliers, etc.
