How to tint the sealed beams of cars

Inquiry : How to get the surface of head light beam of the car coloured to Transparent Permanent Blue and in rainbow color shade to get pure white and yellowish light.

This surface finishing website may be useful in the tinting question itself, Umair, but tell us how you expect the optics to work to do what you are describing. In my limited experience as an engineer, we try to avoid the mistake of starting into the engineering until the science is completely figured out, and I'm not really understanding the question yet. Thanks!
