Toxicity of nitrosylfluoride

I need to do some etchings with HNO3 + HF at elevated temperature. Does anyone know about the toxicity of this mixture, especially about nitrosylfluoride, if inhaled? The safety sheet for nitric/hydrofluoric etchants doesn't say anything about that. (Of course I know about the toxicity of pure HNO3 and pure HF.)

If you can find anyone who sells the stuff, ask for an MSDS.

For those like me that had to look it up, it is NOF. It reacts with water according to the CRC Handbook of Chemistry & Physics [adv: on Amazon & AbeBooks & eBay affil links] of chemistry and physics. I cannot see why it would form in any rational gaseous concentration. It would react with water unless it came off with the cloud of NOx. The NOx is so reactive to the human body, no one would want to be near it, so I think that NOF is a lesser evil than the NOx or vaporized HF that you would get on makeup. Short of a PhD or Post Doc research project, I cannot see why anyone would be concerned.
