Can't get uniform painting thickness on transformer fins

We are a manufacturer of electrical transformers with corrugated m.s. fins. We are not getting uniform thickness of hot zinc spray, primer coat and finish coat when sprayed with conventional air spray gun, especially in between and inside portion of the corrugated fins. Depth of fins is about 50-80 cms. Dipping process for primer tried and found to be satisfactory but now would like to go for zinc hot spray or dip. Please let us know any coating methods and equipments that would give uniform layer inside fins.

Thanks and regards,
