Need liquid silver replating solution

Is there liquid silver plating product available to the general public for resurfacing metals and plastic

The federal Government has made the world safe for us dumb people and has passed enough laws with enough Agency interpretations to make silver plating solutions virtually impossible for the general public to get, legally. Considering that most contain cyanide, or at least the strike solutions tend to, it may just be in my best interest that my neighbor can not readily get it. If you have to ask, you are probably not qualified to safely use it.
