Starting small business for ceramic coating

I'm interested in starting a small business in Hicman, Nebraska. I want to do: (1) Ceramic Coating and (2) Cryogenic metal treatment. My target market is the racing and automotive restoration industry. I need assistance in learning what equipment manufactures are available for both ceramic coating and cryogenic metal treatment. Also, would like to find instructional material such as videos, books, seminars, etc. Your assistance in this matter will be much appreciated.

I am not sure of what you are calling ceramic coating. The start up cost of what I am thinking of and for the cryogenic apparatus is going to be huge. There might be enough business out there to support it, but I doubt it. Normally a person that has his stuff paid for will lower his prices so far that he is loosing money and will do it long enough to put you out of business. You will need lots of relatives with money or a very well thought out business plan to get a bank loan for this kind of money.

I am looking to do the ceramic metallic coating on automotive parts like exhaust headers mainly and misc parts. I currently have a bodyshop and understand that this is applied through just spraying on the prepped metal, baking, and polishing. At this point I feel the biggest expense will be a polisher. I would hope this letter can get some advice.
