Protective treatments for magnesium




Q. I am using a chromic acid conversion coating to protect magnesium, only to find that when coated the coating soon breaks down .What should this chromating solution consist off , and what are the optimum conditions for use

If you can help update our FAQ in non-commercial fashion, mentioning your competitor's equivalent products each time you mention your own, we would be very pleased to add your addendum.
