CHEMICAL DEBURRING of STAINLESS STEEL




I HAVE STAINLESS STEEL TUBING 3 MM OD .12 WALL THAT MUST BE DEBURRED AND HAVE SHARP ETCHES REMOVED THE MATERIAL IS 303 STAINLESS STEEL MECHANICALLY - THIS IS NOT PRACTICAL I HOPE THAT A CHEMICAL - OR A ELECTRO CHEMICAL METHOD CAN BE APPLIED

I am also trying almost the same. I have tried with some chemicals like, stannous oxalate 1 to 10 % solution with nonyl phenol, zinc hydroxide , etc.

One of my friend who with some needle company suggested for some zinc compound. If you get some answer, pl. let me know.
