I need to know how to make the right solution for hard chroming

2003

I have two chroming tanks made by Krome King. We are guessing at the chrome solution, how much of this how much of that, trial and error type of stuff.

Need information on measurements.

Thanks, GOD BLESS ,Joe

Mr.Bisher,

Sargent bath : CrO3 - 250G/L ,H2SO4 - 2.5G/L Special hard chromic bath : same all above + additive

It is important that ratio of between CrO3 and H2SO4. Basic ratio is 100:1. If you need a throwing power at LCD, You have to adjust of ratio, about 110 or 120 : 1. You need a control of H2SO4 when use a additive.

Thank you.
