How to improve the uniformity of copper coated steel wire for welding

2003

We are starting to manufacture copper coated steel wire for size below 1 mm by dipping in copper sulphate this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] . Our machine is supposed to run at speed of 8 m/s. How can we improve the coating uniformity?

What is the pickling process and concentration of acid needed for the size wire and speed of drawing?

Thank you

Dear sir.,

Please specify your copper coating tank length and spec and also send your machines type of drawing whether wet or dry. I can solve your problem if you provide the details.
