What material is used to polish brass?

"Please let me know about the material which is used to final finish a brass metal road, along with china clay (Red clay), is there a binder (Resin)"?

The material you mention is probably a form of iron oxide which is abrasive by itself. Normally it needs a lubricant to aid in the polishing. This compound is also made into bars for buffing wheel applications or added to dry organic materials for mass finishing systems.
