Water spots on galvanized steel
The bathroom counters in our restaurant are made of galvanized steel. White water spots and drip stains are forming everywhere! 1. How do I clean off the white spots? 2. How do I prevent in the future?

You can probably remove the spots with diluted vinegar ⇦in bulk on eBay or Amazon [affil links] , followed by rinsing, followed by drying. But they will constantly reform. You need to clearcoat the counters (lacquer, transparent paint). I'm sure Krylon or Rustoleum clear finishes are available at the local hardware store or Mega-lo Mart.
