Translation for "Blaubeizen"
2003
Hallo,
I am looking for the right technical term what we call in Germany "blaubeizen". "Blaubeizen" is pickling of brass with a black color.

If I understand your question, there is no official translation for this type of process.
ASM HANDBOOK Volume 5 Surface Engineering refers to this process as Coloring.
Alloys containing greater than 85% Cu are colored black by immersion in sulfur-containing solutions, or by anodizing in NaOH.
Different solutions are used to color Cu alloys containing less than
85% Cu.
