Inside corners of a SS Tank

Request suggestions for a following typical work :

Rectangular sanitary tank with (4) inside corners. 12" X 18" X 8" height.Fabricated from SS 316L plates by welding.

Question : How to handle the (4) inside corners for grinding and finish polishing to a uniform hygienic 32 Ra surface. There is a five degree slope for the bottom plate for draining purpose making the corners different in shape and approach for the tools.

Hand grinding by fine tools with cutters of high rpm and grinding wheels etc is known and done. This needs skill and time. Can there be a different way to handle the corners for good quantity work and to obtain uniform repeated quality.

Thanks very much for your thought contribution.

Answer depends on quantity. If you have a lot of volume, I suggest you look into CNC machining, grinding is about the only other option and this too can be automated. Tools and/or abrasives are important and depends upon current surface profile of weld. If too rough, you may need more than a one step operation.
