What are yellow and irregular marks in phosphating?

I am using tri cationic phosphating system in our pretreatment process. We are also using derusting system before phosphating and activation. Then we have passivation(citric acid this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] ).

I'm getting little yellowish colour after phosphating and also some irregular lines on the coated surface and some time yellow powder. Can anyone explain whats the exact problem. My derusting process is working very well. What is the role of temperature in tri cationic phosphating system?
