Ultrasonic Cleaner specs

Does anyone know of either a mil-spec or an ASTM spec that covers ultrasonic cleaning?

There is an obsolete MIL spec about ultrasonic cleaning:

MIL-C-24196

The last revision was the "B" revision, which for some reason appears as MIL-C-0024196B on the US government's ASSIST website. I could not find an ASTM spec that solely focuses on ultrasonic cleaning, but there may be one that discusses the process in the context of cleaning metal surfaces. I'll post again if I find anything.
