More info can be found by searching the site, but briefly: galvanized steel would be used if the item is not to be painted, whereas the galvanneal finish is for parts that will be painted.
There is no such thing as hot-dip electrogalvanized. Zinc coatings are applied by either hot-dipping in molten zinc or by electroplating--which is sometimes called electro-galvanizing. Most English-speaking metal finishers don't like the term
'electro-galvanizing' if my circle of acquaintances is typical; but if you think about the origin of the word 'galvanizing', you'll understand why we can't call it wrong.
'Satin coat' doesn't have any specific meaning to me. Good luck with your specs.
